I am delighted to say that due to increased demand of sessions I am looking to hire a coach to work at Aaron Oakley Football Coaching.
This role will involve planning and delivering 1 to 1 or small group sessions in line with Aaron Oakley Football Coaching’s philosophy.
Requirements:
Level 2 football coaching minimum (would consider level 1 for the right candidate). UEFA B license desired.
Must be DBS Checked or willing to obtain.
Attention to detail when planning sessions.
Confidence in demonstrating key techniques and skills on the pitch.
Calm manner and positive/encouraging coaching style.
Experience of working with children aged 6-16.
Available Tuesday- Friday evenings and Saturday/Sunday when required.
Good rates of pay per session.
Hours would be 1-5 per week with a view to rising as we grow further.
Must be able to drive.
This is an ideal opportunity for somebody looking to gain more coaching experience on a part time basis, as well as being part of a growing coaching company.
As a business we will provide you with as much knowledge and information as possible in order to develop you as a football coach, as well as receiving support and guidance on how to prepare, plan and deliver sessions.
Candidates will be selected to attend an ‘interview’ stage, and then selected to shadow sessions for a short period, prior to starting the role.
