TACTICAL THINKER : ROTATIONS PDF
The movement of players either while in possession of the ball or defending is known as rotation.
The term can refer to three specific situations:
1. A single player moving into a new position on the field to create space to receive a pass.
2. When two or three players swap positions quickly to disrupt the opposition’s defence.
3. The whole team rotating positions when in attack or when defending.
